Questions
How does booking work?+
Choose the occasion, date, time and menu, then enter your name and mobile number. You get a booking reference (like ANN-7K3Q2P) straight away. Pay by UPI to hold your date and we confirm on WhatsApp.
Do I choose a date for Pournami, Amavasai or Pradosham?+
No. Pick the occasion and we serve on the next one. Choose "Every" to have it served every month, and we keep track of the days for you.
How do I pay?+
By UPI only: GPay, PhonePe, Paytm or any UPI app. On a phone, tap "Open UPI app" after booking. On a computer, scan the QR code. Pay the exact amount, put your booking reference in the payment note, then tap "I have paid". Entering the transaction ID is optional.
How long does payment confirmation take?+
We check payments within 3 hours between 7 AM to 9 PM IST. Once matched, your booking is marked paid and we confirm on WhatsApp. A payment made late at night is confirmed the next morning.
How soon will you reply?+
We reply on WhatsApp within 2 hours, 7 AM to 9 PM IST. For a booking in the next 3 days, please call us instead.
How early should I book?+
As early as you can. You can even book for today, as long as the serving time is at least 2 hours away. Pournami, Amavasai and festival days fill up fast, so book those early.
Is the price final?+
Yes. The menu price is per devotee and the total you see at booking is what you pay. There are no extra charges.
What if you cannot serve on my date?+
If we cannot take your date we will tell you on WhatsApp and offer another date, or return your payment.
Will I get proof that the seva was done?+
Yes. We send photos of the Annadhanam on WhatsApp after it is served, and your booking reference stays valid for any follow-up.
Where is the food served?+
Along the Girivalam path around Arunachala in Tiruvannamalai. We confirm the exact serving point on WhatsApp.
Can I serve the food myself?+
Yes. Tick the box in your details and we will fix a time with you.
Are you part of the temple or HR&CE?+
No. We are an independent seva on the Girivalam path and do not sell darshan tickets or any temple service.
